This healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal is the ultimate decadent dessert for breakfast! Made with only 7 ingredients, gluten-free and vegan friendly!
This recipe is for all of you guys looking for a simple make ahead breakfast that your whole family will enjoy! I mean, who doesn’t love peanut butter, banana and chocolate together? I’ve never met a person who hasn’t loved the glorious trio (but I’m totally sure there are some folks out there, I just haven’t encountered them yet).
It’s been a good while since I’ve made a baked oatmeal recipe for the blog. I’ve been more into N’Oatmeal Bakes (made with coconut flour for a grain-free version of oatmeal ), but now I’m back with my fave grain.
I cannot stress enough how simple this baked oatmeal is to make. It takes maybe 10 minutes TOPS to prep, and then 20ish minutes to bake.
And in 30 minutes you can have breakfast for the whole entire week. That is, if you’re not sharing with your family. But if thats the case, you can always double the recipe😉
Only 7 simple ingredients are needed for this baked oatmeal. I can also bet you have most, if not the majority of these ingredients in your kitchen as we speak!
