EASY Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cups
oats
gluten-free if needed
1/4
cup
dark cocoa powder
1
tsp.
baking powder
3
ripe bananas
mashed
1/4
cup
smooth natural peanut butter
1
cup
non-dairy milk
1
egg
beaten (sub flax egg for vegan option)
Toppings
Dark chocolate chopped into chunks
sliced banana
drizzled peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 in glass pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Add oats, cocoa, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
In a seperate bowl, add bananas, peanut butter, milk and egg. Mix well until mixture is smooth. Add and combine to oat mixture.
Spoon mixture evenly onto pan. Top with dark chocoalte and banana slices. Baked for 20 minutes, or until done.
Let cool, and drizzle peanut butter on top. Slice into 9 squares.
