Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper. Combine cashew butter, banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda in a bowl. Fold in coconut, white chocolate chips and nuts. Add batter to pan and smooth out the top so batter is even. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool and slice into bars. Enjoy!
