Ingredients
  

Brownie Crust

  • 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1 egg/flax egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Pie Filling

  • Coconut cream from 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk refrigerated overnight
  • 6 tbsp natural smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Topping

  • peanut butter cups chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray
  • Mix all brownie crust ingredients together and spread in pan, bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Add coconut cream in a large bowl with a mixer and whip until fluffy, about 30-60 seconds
  • Add peanut butter 2 tbsp at a time to coconut cream and mix well. Mix in maple syrup
  • Spread Frosting on cooled brownies and top with chopped peanut butter cups
