Flourless Triple Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 large bananas mashed (or blended in a food processor/blender)
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder any kind will work
  • 2 Tbsp. dark cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners ( I use the rubber reusable ones).
  • Mix together almond butter and bananas in a large bowl. Add in protein powder, cocoa and maple syrup.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon mixture evenly into 10-12 lined muffin tins.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
