EASY Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups oats gluten-free if needed
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 egg beaten (sub flax egg for vegan option)
  • Toppings
  • Dark chocolate chopped into chunks
  • sliced banana
  • drizzled peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 in glass pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Add oats, cocoa, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • In a seperate bowl, add bananas, peanut butter, milk and egg. Mix well until mixture is smooth. Add and combine to oat mixture.
  • Spoon mixture evenly onto pan. Top with dark chocoalte and banana slices. Baked for 20 minutes, or until done.
  • Let cool, and drizzle peanut butter on top. Slice into 9 squares.
