Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Banana Nut Rootz Paleo Protein Superfood
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder or regular
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin pan with silicon baking cups.
  • Add in almond butter and banana in a large bowl, combine well
  • Add in protein powder, cocoa and maple syrup, combine.
  • Mix in chocolate chips.
  • Divide batter among 9 baking cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
