Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with oil. Mix pancake mix and coconut sugar in a large bowl and set aside. Mix eggs, bananas, milk and peanut butter in a small bowl, add to dry ingredients and combine well. Add 1/2 batter to loaf pan and spoon 1/4 cup jam, spreading in an even layer. Add remaining batter on top. Spoon on remaining jam and peanut butter and swirl with spoon. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.
