Blender Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancake Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of gluten-free oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 scoops PlantFusion vanilla bean protien powder
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • sliced banana

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray in a casserole dish or 8x8 pan and set aside.
  • Place first 7 ingredients in a Vitamix or other high power blender. Blend until batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter into pan/dish and add chocolate chips and sliced bananas on top.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.
  • Slice and serve and top, if desired.
