Blender Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancake Bake

Ingredients
2
cups
of gluten-free oats
1 1/2
cups
almond milk
or other milk of your choice
2
ripe bananas
mashed
1/4
cup
natural peanut butter
1-2
scoops PlantFusion vanilla bean protien powder
2
Tbsp.
pure maple syrup
2
tsp.
baking powder
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
sliced banana
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking spray in a casserole dish or 8x8 pan and set aside.
Place first 7 ingredients in a
Vitamix
or other high power blender. Blend until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into pan/dish and add chocolate chips and sliced bananas on top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.
Slice and serve and top, if desired.
