Ingredients

tahini

apple sauce

egg
beaten or flax egg
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup

sliced strawberries
Crumb topping
1/2
cup
almond flour

Tbsp.
coconut oil
not melted

pure maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together tahini, apple sauce, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix to form a batter. stir in sliced strawberries.
Spoon batter 2/3 full into 9-10 lined muffin tins.
To make crumb topping, place all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbles form. Spoon onto each muffin.
Bake for 25-30 or until done.
