Coconut Cookie Dough Baked Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Vital Proteins Vanilla & Coconut Water Collagen Whey
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine coconut flour and protein powder, mix well
  • In a medium size bowl, combine eggs, maple syrup, milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well.
  • Stir in coconut and chocolate chips.
  • Add batter to pan an bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
