Vegan Pear Streusel Chocolate Chip Mug Cake {Paleo + Gluten-Free!}

Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 flax egg can use real egg if not vegan
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped pear
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • STREUSEL TOPPING
  • 1-2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Grease a mug/ramekin with cooking spray. Mix all cake ingredients together and place batter in ramekin/mug. Mix together streusel topping ingredients and add on top of batter. Cook for 1 minute in the microwave.
