Ingredients
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mixture:

cup
Farmer Direct Co-op regular rolled oats
1
cup
raisins
2
Tbsp.
pure maple syrup
1
Tbsp.
coconut oil
melted
1/4
tsp.
cinnamon
1
cup
cashew butter
1/4
cup
coconut oil
melted
2
Tbsp.
pure maple syrup
1/4
tsp.
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients for oatmeal raisin cookie mix in a bowl. Spread onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until toasted. Let cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together, then fold in oatmeal raisin cookie mixture.
Spray cooking spray into a loaf pan and spoon in fudge mixture. Freeze mixture for 2-3 hours.
Slice into about 16 pieces.
