Cut tops of of chai tea bags and place in a food processor. Blend until tea is in fine granules. Set aside 1/3 for the glaze.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine oats, oat flour, baking soda and 2/3 of chai tea granules.
In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
Add dough to a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape into a large circle and bake for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and slice into 8 even slices. Bake for another 10 minutes.
To make glaze, place all ingredients in a sauce pan on medium-low heat until mixture starts to simmer, about 5 minutes. Let cool, then spoon over scones.
