hazelnut butter
you can sub any nut butter of choice!
1/4
cup
almond milk
1/8
tsp.
vanilla extract
1/3
cup
Bob's Red Mill Chai Protein Powder
you can sub any protein powder of choice!
1/4
cup
dried tart cherries
1/4
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix hazelnut butter, almond milk, and vanilla until combined.
Add protein powder, and combine into a dough (it's easiest if you use your hands).
Fold in cherries and white chocolate.
Break into 8 pieces, and roll each into a ball. Press and flatten each onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until firm.
Let cool, and enjoy!
