EASY Brownie Cookie Dough Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dry gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 egg or flax egg beaten
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk I used chocolate but you can use vanilla/unsweetened
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional (use if you have a really sweet tooth)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x9 glass pan with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats and cocoa powder
  • In a medium bowl, mix together remaining liquid ingredients and combine well
  • Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
  • Spread batter in glass pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done
