Preheat to 350 degrees.
In a bowl combine flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Add in flax egg, coconut oil, vanilla, orange juice, maple syrup and orange zest. Stir well, scraping sides of the bowl after each addition. Form a dough
Roll rough into long log and flatten to a width of two inches.
Place log on cooking sheet coated with cooking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Slice with a serrated knife.
Melt chocolate and dip ends of biscotti into it. Repeat with all cookies.
