Healthy Banana Latte Baked Oatmeal {GF + Vegan}

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl, mix together all ingredients, combine well
  • Place mixture in a glass pan coated with cooking spray
  • Top off with more banana coins and sliced almonds, if desired
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done
  • Enjoy!
