Cranberry Pumpkin French Toast Rollups

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of Silver Hill's Bakery Bread I used Steddy Eddy, crusts cut off
  • Pumpkin-Cranberry Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Use a rolling pin to roll the bread slices into thin squares
  • Put about a 1 tbsp of the Pumpkin-Cranberry Butter each bread slice and roll up
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and place into a bowl
  • Dip each rollup into the egg mixture and place in a skillet coated with cooking spray on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes each, or until done
  • Top with maple syrup, more pumpkin-Cranberry butter, or what you desire! 6. Enjoy!
