Apple Pie Breakfast Pizza

oats

egg
of flax egg
1/4
cup
apple sauce
1/8
tsp.
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp.
cinnamon
Toppings
1
apple
sliced and baked in microwave with cinnamon
1
Tbsp.
chopped walnuts
2
Tbsp.
greek yogurt/ soy yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingredients except toppings in a bowl. Blend well and place on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon into a circle pizza crust shape. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crust is done.
Add toppings onto crust.
Enjoy!
