Healthy Banana Split Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries thawed
  • 2 eggs beaten or 2 flax eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cups dry gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350 and line a cookie sheet with wax paper
  • Mix together banana,strawberries, egg, almond butter and maple syrup together in a large bowl
  • Add in the rest of ingredients and mix well
  • Spoon into 12-16 cookies and bake for 20 minutes or until done
