Ingredients
  

  • Cake
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg beaten or flax egg
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp raisins or dates chopped
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Coat a mug with oil/butter
  • Mix all cake ingredients together in mug and microwave for 1:30-2 minutes
  • Let cool and go around edges with a knife before taking out
  • Mix all ingredients for topping and serve on top of cake
