Ingredients
Cobbler:

cup
gluten-free all purpose flour
1/2
cup
coconut sugar

tsp.
baking powder
1/8
tsp.
cinnamon

egg
beaten (or flax egg for vegan option)
1/3
cup
almond milk

Tbsp.
coconut oil
melted
1/4
tsp.
vanilla extract

blueberries
Peaches:
6
cups
sliced peaches
about 8 peaches peeled

coconut sugar
1/2
tsp.
cinnamon

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl whisk together egg, milk, coconut oil and vanilla. Add to flour mixture and mix well.
Add in blueberries.
In a separate bowl combine sliced peaches with coconut sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix Well.
Place peaches in a glass pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add blueberry muffin batter on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until top is golden.
