It’s not surprising that we love flourless everything, not only because they are easy to make, but they’re delicious. Our favorite recipes to make that are flourless include muffins, blondies, and cake. We’ve already conquered 2 types of flourless muffins, so of course we had to conquer the chocolate peanut butter banana combo!

The ingredients for this recipe include:
Peanut butter or almond butter
Banana
Rootz Nutrition Superfood
Dark cocao powder
Maple syrup
Chocolate chips
These Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins are an easy and delicious snack, breakfast or dessert! Made with only 6 ingredients and are kid-friendly. Also gluten-free with paleo and vegan options.
Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter or any other nut butter
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 scoop Chocolate Banana Nut Rootz Paleo Protein Superfood
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder or regular
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin pan with silicon baking cups.
- Add in almond butter and banana in a large bowl, combine well
- Add in protein powder, cocoa and maple syrup, combine.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter among 9 baking cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.

I’m a bit confused…the recipe did not read blueberries…I read it over and over…the instructions read mix blueberries…this is for the flourless chocolate muffins….
