These Nutella Banana No-Bake Granola bars are the perfect on the go-snack for your busy day! Made simple with only a few ingredients!
Let’s talk snacks.
You know that you can’t live survive the day without them so they are obviously super important. You see, if I didn’t have at least 3 snacks per day, I would probably have a hissy fit because, hanger is reallllll. Snacks are life savers……if you remember to pack them! That’s my problem, so many times I forget to bring a snack which leads me to spends lots of $$$ on snacks when I’m out and about. So PUHLEASEEE remember to bring snacks!
So this leads me to today’s recipe, AKA a tasty homemade snacky just for you! Okay, it’s for me too. I have a love/hate relationship with granola bars. I (mostly) hate store-bought granola bars and I always love homemade. Most store-bought granola bars contain icky ingredients that I can’t pronounce! But lucky for you, these homemade granola bars only contain 5 real ingredients that are already in your pantry:
Farmer’s Direct Co-Op Organic Quick Rolled Oats
Dates
Nutella
Maple syrup
Banana
These granola bars are not made with any oats, but with the best quality oats out these: Farmer’s Direct Co-Op Organic Oats. You would never think that you would be able to tell the difference between oatmeal brands but once you try this brand, you will recognize how much better they taste than other store-bought brands!
The combo of banana and nutella is TO DIE FOR! Especially when you add in chocolate chunks AND banana chips on top of it. You would never guess that these granola bars are healthy! They are no-bake and take less than 10 minutes to assemble, pretty awesome, ehhh? Oh and they are gluten-free and vegan if you weren’t convinced already!
These No-Bake Granola bars are the most perfect, quick, easy, healthy and cheap snack out there. You and your family will go crazy over these!

I also must snack or you don’t want to be around me!! Its dangerous if I get overly hungry! These look great! I have to admit that I don’t like Nutella, my sister however lives off the stuff. Straight up out of the jar on a spoon. Nothing with it! She says its what gives her her gymnastic powers.
This is the perfect combo! I haven’t had Farmer Direct Oats, but I’ve had their lentils and split peas. Need to try!
Everything about that title appeals to me and that was before I even KNEW there were dates in here too!! Snacking dreams do come true and this is proof. And you put chunks not chips–perfection <3

These look delish. My fave snack of the moment is cucumber rounds with almond butter and sriracha sauce. They were the only ingredients I had in the fridge one day and I decided it was 50/50 as to whether combining them would be yum or gross. Luckily it worked in my favour!
