These Healthy Peanut Butter Pie Brownies combine two EPIC desserts into one guilt-free treat! Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers alike! Made of 3 fuss-free, easy-to-make layers: a flourless brownie crust, dairy-free peanut butter mousse and chopped peanut butter cups! Also gluten-free, dairy-free and has a vegan option!
Hey guys, you know it’s almost Valentine’s Day, so we decided to share our love for you by posting this delicious dessert combination that will keep you coming back for more – enjoy!
Do you have a list of daily activities you need to incorporate into your routine for your day to go right? For example, here is my list of things I NEED in my day:
Drink a large mug of coffee
Move my body by either taking a long walk or performing a workout
Enjoy a square of dark chocolate
and most importantly, enjoy a spoonful of peanut butter (usually more than one)
All these tasks are completely necessary for a productive day. Like, you don’t want to see me without any of these or I’ll probably be miserable (totally kidding). Okay, that’s an over-exaggeration but you get the point, life is a little easier and better when you incorporate your favorite things into your day. Notice how the last two are chocolate and peanut butter…..
I truly believe that this flavor combo is the best combo known to man. If I could have it my way, I would make every recipe on this blog chocolate and peanut-butter-themed (but that probably wouldn’t work, lol).
So far we’ve made Energy Bites, Banana Ice Cream, Oatmeal and Granola Bars all containing this delicious duo and I honestly can’t believe that we haven’t made more recipes chocolate and peanut butter themed! That’s where these Peanut Butter Pie Brownies come into play…..because CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER 4 LYFE✌🏼

Talk about love at first sight, these brownies are beautiful!!! I might even go so far as to knock spoonful of PB off the list and replace it with face-ful of PB Pie Brownies…or heck just bowlful of PB mousse filling would probably satisfy my peanut butter daily requirements 🙂
