Mint Chocolate Protein Mousse
With only 5 ingredients and less than 2 minutes to make, this healthy high protein mousse will be your new favorite satisfying post workout snack! Also vegan and gluten-free!
High-Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Mousse
Ingredients
- 16 oz block firm tofu
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Kashi Organic Superfood Blend Rise & Shine Vanilla Flavor
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or preferred liquid sweetener
- 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips vegan-friendly
- Add tofu mint leaves Kashi superfood blend, maple syrup to a food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth and resemble mousse.
- Add mousse to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Enjoy!
