Can you use normal non gelling collagen powder?
Bethany And Rachel says
Hi Marie,
They can last up to a week in the fridge. You can easily freeze them well! You can also use non gelling collagen powder! Hope you enjoy! 🙂

If I want to make these without the protein powder do I need to sub anything in to keep the consistency?
Bethany And Rachel says
Hi Yasmin,
They should be fine without it!
Maria says
Hi. Could I use frozen wild blueberries? How much blueberries should be used? Thanks.
Bethany And Rachel says
Hi Maria,
wild frozen are fine! You can use 1 cup!

Hi. I made these today & the flavor was good but inside they were very gooey! I did use sunflower butter and no protein powder. Would you be able to provide details like how many ounces of sweet potato to use and how many blueberries? Perhaps my ratios need adjusting! I also baked them for 23 minutes so maybe I needed a few more minutes. Thanks!
