Paleo Chocolate Granola

Paleo Chocolate Granola is the crunchiest, clustery, and most chocolatey granola you will ever make! Also gluten-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup hazelnuts toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1-2 tbsp dark cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Add nuts and coconut in a food processor, pulse into nuts are in small pieces but not like meal-form.
  • Add to a large bowl and mix in melted coconut oil and melted chocolate, combine well. 
  • Add in dark cocoa powder and mix well. Spread evenly on pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.

  • Store in the fridge, enjoy!
