  • 16 oz block firm tofu
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Kashi Organic Superfood Blend Rise & Shine Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or preferred liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips vegan-friendly
  • Add tofu mint leaves Kashi superfood blend, maple syrup to a food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth and resemble mousse.
  • Add mousse to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy!
