Clean eating Cinnamon- (Coconut) Sugar Mango Jam

Ingredients
2
cups
ripe mashed mangoes
you can also puree them if you prefer

Tbsp.
coconut sugar
1 1/2
tsp.
cinnamon
1/2
tsp.
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a larger bowl. Mix well.
Add mixture to a saucepan and place on low heat. Let simmer for about 20 minutes , stirring mixture every few minutes.
Let cool and Enjoy!
