Clean eating Cinnamon- (Coconut) Sugar Mango Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mashed mangoes you can also puree them if you prefer
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a larger bowl. Mix well.
  • Add mixture to a saucepan and place on low heat. Let simmer for about 20 minutes , stirring mixture every few minutes.
  • Let cool and Enjoy!
