5 Ingredient Gluten-free Pumpkin Naan Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup Gluten-free Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil ,melted

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mix together flour and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Separate dough into 6 equal balls. Flatten each ball with your hands until it's flat.
  • Spray cooking spray on a skillet and place on medium heat. Add one flatbread. Flip over to other side when first side is browned. Repea (about 3-4 minutes each side)ith remaining flatbreads.
