Make this paleo Nutella Fudge Bars for a decadent and healthy treat! They taste exactly like nutella and are a cross between fudge and brownies!

These fudge bars were originally intended to be just bars, but then they came out dense and “fudge-like.” Now I am not complaining because they came out better than I thought they would be. These were a hit with my family, they were gone within a matter of seconds!

I was going to call these “Chocolate Hazelnut Bars,” but they really taste like Nutella. These are combination between a bar, brownie and fudge, pretty unintentionally amazing. Now if you don’t understand what I mean, make these and take a bite, then you will understand!

These Nutella Banana No-Bake Granola bars are the perfect on the go-snack for your busy day!  Made simple with only a few ingredients!

Let’s talk snacks.

You know that you can’t live survive the day without them so they are obviously super important. You see, if I didn’t have at least 3 snacks per day, I would probably have a hissy fit because, hanger is reallllll. Snacks are life savers……if you remember to pack them! That’s my problem, so many times I forget to bring a snack which leads me to spends lots of $$$ on snacks when I’m out and about. So PUHLEASEEE remember to bring snacks!

So this leads me to today’s recipe, AKA a tasty homemade snacky just for you! Okay, it’s for me too.  I have a love/hate relationship with granola bars. I (mostly) hate store-bought granola bars and I always love homemade. Most store-bought granola bars contain icky ingredients that I can’t pronounce! But lucky for you, these homemade granola bars only contain 5 real ingredients that are already in your pantry:

Farmer’s Direct Co-Op Organic Quick Rolled Oats

Dates

Nutella

Maple syrup

Banana

These granola bars are not made with any oats, but with the best quality oats out these: Farmer’s Direct Co-Op Organic Oats. You would never think that you would be able to tell the difference between oatmeal brands but once you try this brand, you will recognize how much better they taste than other store-bought brands!

The combo of banana and nutella is TO DIE FOR! Especially when you add in chocolate chunks AND banana chips on top of it. You would never guess that these granola bars are healthy! They are no-bake and  take less than 10 minutes to assemble, pretty awesome, ehhh? Oh and they are gluten-free and vegan if you weren’t convinced already!

These No-Bake Granola bars are the most perfect, quick, easy, healthy and cheap snack out there. You and your family will go crazy over these!
