Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

If you love peanut butter & chocolate together, you’ll love these brownies! Full of pb and dark chocolate flavor and make with healthy ingredients! So easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 cup of @Teddiepeanutbutter natural creamy peanut butter

1 egg, beaten (sub flax egg for vegan option)

½ banana, mashed

¼ cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp of maple syrup

1-2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) I used Orgain

2-3 Tbsp of milk of choice to thin batter if needed

Optional: dark chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 of 9x9 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg & banana until the mixture is smooth. Add in cocoa powder, maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix again. If the batter is too thick, add in some milk to think out the batter (batter will still be pretty thick which is okay). If desired, fold in chocolate chips/chunks.

Spread batter evenly into the lined pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until the brownies are done. Let cool, then slice into 6-12 pieces. Enjoy!

4 ingredient peanut butter freezer fudge

Does the heat got you craving all the frozen treats? Make this no-bake fudge in a matter of minutes - such an easy and healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
1 cup smooth @teddiepeanutbutter
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder ( I used @drinkorgain )
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Optional: 1-2 Tbsp sweetener for extra sweetness

Instructions:
Mix peanut butter and coconut oil together in a bowl. Stir in protein powder and then fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture evenly into a parchment-lined loaf pan (can also use 8x8 pan) and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Take out of the freezer and slice into 8-16 pieces. Enjoy!

Jelly of choice. I used strawberry, but any flavor would work.
Mashed banana for sweetness. Can also use applesauce (½ cup = 1 banana)

Maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
Baking soda

Easy Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark {5 ingredients, vegan + GF option}

Finally, a simple, no-bake sweet & salty treat that takes a few minutes to make and is healthy! This bark recipe is such a crowd pleaser! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
½ cup @teddiepeanutbutter creamy, salted)
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
Pretzels (can be gluten-free)
Melted dark chocolate

Mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and sweetener together in a bowl. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with pretzels and drizzle with melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for 1-hour minimum or until the bark is hardened. Take out and break into pieces - enjoy!

EASY PEANUT BUTTER BANANA MUFFINS {5 ingredients, gf, df, vegan}

If you are looking for an easy, healthy & satisfying muffin recipe - this one is for you! These banana muffins are dense, chewy & naturally sweet. Perfect for breakfast, a snack or even dessert! Made with my favorite peanut butter aka @teddiepeanutbutter smooth salted! Recipe below:

Ingredients:
2 cups glutenfree oats
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 ripe bananas
½ cup @teddiespeanutbutter
2 tsp. Baking powder
Optional: dark chocolate chips and banana slices for mix-ins/topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Add silicon/paper muffin liners to muffin tins.
Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips, if using) in a blender or food processor until mixture is smooth. Mix chocolate chips into batter.
Pour mixture into ~12 muffin slots and top with a banana slice. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until muffins are golden. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 cup nut butter (I used cashew butter)
- ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 packet chocolate @Ketochow
- 1 - 1.5 cup toasted, unsweetened coconut

Instructions:
Mix nut butter, coconut oil, and @ketochow packet in a medium bowl. Mix well, then add in toasted coconut and mix again until well combined. Top with additional coconut, if desired.
Pour mixture into silicone muffin cups (in a muffin tin) and either place in fridge or freezer for ~2 hours until hardened. Take out of muffin cups and enjoy! Makes 6-8 cups.
