Now that its after Christmas, I’m sure you’re sick of sweets. The last thing you want to look at is another dessert-style recipe. I get it.
But you have to know that this bark recipe is something different than your average dessert/chocolate recipe. I know you probably still have some celebrating to do for New Year’s, and this bark is just what you need.
It’s sweet with a little bit of saltiness. Also known as perfection.
Plus, you only need 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make this recipe. I repeat, 5 INGREDIENTS + 5 MINUTES!
5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Pretzel Coconut Oil Bark Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- pretzels (can be gluten-free)
- melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together coconut oil, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Pour on top baking pan (make sure its in an even layer).
- Add on pretzels. Drizzle on dark chocolate.
- Place in fridge or freezer until firm. Break into pieces.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
