These nachos take only 15 minutes to make, are insanely easy and have only a few ingredients:
Tortilla chips
Sriracha TUNO
Black beans
Corn
Tomatoes
Cheese
Avocado
Sriracha sauce

Plant-Based Sriracha Tuna Nachos
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cans TUNO sriracha
tuno - 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- Shredded cheese, can be dairy-free
- 1/2 avocado, sliced thinly
- Sriracha sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Place tortilla chips on baking sheet, top with black beans, corn, tomatoes
and TUNO. - Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Top with avocado and drizzle with sriracha sauce
- Enjoy!
