This time in PB & J form. I swear, PB & J NEVER gets old. I’m so thankful my mom made me the classic sandwich every day for lunch in grade school.
These blondies have the epic taste of the classic flavor combo, plus the gooeyness that a flourless baked good possesses. And you know we take our flourless baked goods VERY seriously 😉
But seriously, we’re so obsessed with them and we know that many of y’all are too!
Flourless Blondie Ingredients:
banana
egg (or flax egg)
jelly
baking soda
Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies Substitutions:
Peanut Butter: Sub in any natural nut butter such as almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.
Banana: You can sub in 1/4-1/3 cup of applesauce.
Maple Syrup: Use your favorite liquid sweetener such as honey or agave.
Jelly: Use your favorite store bought jelly or use homemade chia jam!
Storing these Flourless Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies:
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

6 Ingredient Flourless Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies!
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter can sub almond butter
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 egg beaten (or flax egg)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Your favorite type of jam! I used strawberry!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients except for jam in a bowl. Mix well until a thick, smooth batter forms.
- Pour 1/2 of batter into parchment-lined pan. Add a thin layer of jam on top of batter. Top off with the rest of batter Smooth out the top so the batter is even.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
- Let bars cool (make sure you let them cool extra long because they are gooey). Slice into 9 blondies.
