Since moving back to college I haven’t been able to make any recipes, which saddens the crap out of me! Thankfully I was able to go to my friends apartment to make these cookies! I brought all these ingredients to college thinking I would have enough time to make stuff, but unfortunately I have been busier than expected. However, I am so glad I used my noodle to create this amazingly tasty and amazingly easy cooke recipe! All-natural ingredients, no refined sugars, no artificial flavors/colors and no preservatives! Not to mention Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan! I used Teechia sustained energy cereal which is pretty much a delicious mixture of oats, seeds, and dried fruit! These super easy to make cookies are perfect for an on-the-go snack, a light dessert, or even for breakfast!
Super Seed Banana Bread Cookies
Makes 10-12 cookies
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free flour (I used garbanzo bean flour)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 packet of Teechia sustained energy cereal (I used blueberry date) or 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. agave nectar/honey/maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. raisins/ chopped dates
- Melted vegan/dark chocolate (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and energy cereal. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine banana, coconut oil, agave, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Add banana mixture to flour mixture and combine well, scraping the sides of the bowl to get all the flour mixed in.
- Spray cooking spray on a cooking sheet and drop batter evenly into 12 cookies. Bake for about 15-17 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Drizzle chocolate over cookies if desired.
- Enjoy!

First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I’d
like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and
clear your mind prior to writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any suggestions or hints? Cheers!

Hello there! Honestly I just take 5 minutes and think of ideas in my head and then jot them down. Which ever one seems the best is the one I use. You just need to practice and it will become easier! I used to have trouble as well! Hope that helps!
