I’m a a huge yogurt lover! I seriously eat it once a day if not two or three times! While I love flavored yogurts, I don’t love the added sugars that go along with them so I usually stick with plain. However, I am super lucky that I found out about Blue Hill Yogurt! All natural flavors with no artificial flavors, ingredients, preservatives, added sugars, gluten-free and made with milk from 100% grass fed cows! They have some pretty awesome unique flavors like sweet potato, butternut squash, beet and carrot. But before you say yuck, just know that these flavors are extremely amazing! They are all slightly sweet and you’d be surprised at how flavorful and tasty they are!
Nutrition: All flavors are 100-120 calories, have 4-6 grams of fat, 8-10 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein per serving.
Ingredients: All natural ingredients such as pasteurized whole milk, roasted veggies (carrot, butternut squash, beets, sweet potato, parsnip, tomatoes), spices and herbs (cinnamon, sage, nutmeg, clove, sea salt) and live active cultures.
Beet: slightly sweet with a hint of beet flavor! So tasty and sweet and slightly savory from the tang of the raspberry vinegar!
Sweet Potato: Reminds me of sweet potato casserole! Slightly sweet with a perfect sweet potato flavor, almost like sweet potato puree with cinnamon!
Butternut Squash: I absolutely loved this one! Being a huge fan of squash, this satisfied my craving! You can taste the squash flavor but its not overpowering! The addition of sage, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves balanced out the flavor perfectly!
