Hey y’all! I hope you all had a great holiday and have a great new year! This year my resolution is to be thankful for everything I have more often! Lets get on to last week’s eats! Breakfast: My grandparents invited me out to breakfast for like the 3rd time in a week, but of course I could say no! I got the “cup” of oatmeal which is supposed to be a small portion then the bowl, but they gave me a ginormous bowl of oats with a side of fresh fruit!! I told myself I was going to eat it all, but I ate 1/3 of it and saved the rest for later on in the day. The rest of the oatmeal was eaten for lunch. I topped it with some Winter Spiced Fruit Compote, sunflower seeds and nunaturals cocoa syrup! Dinner I had leftover lobster tail leftover from christmas dinner, some butternut squash , roasted peppers and a salad with roasted carrots, blueberries, craisins and spinach (unpictured). Dessert: I had a larger slice of my clean eating caramel apple cheesecake that I made for christmas dinner. It is soooo good and made with all natural ingredients and refined sugar-free!
